About this design

The page is organised around a promise most activity sites avoid making — it publishes the profile of every day before you book. That single decision shapes everything: the profile section, the conditions section and the safety section all exist to let a customer self-select rather than to sell to everybody.

For any operator whose customers need to be the right fit, this is the model. It converts fewer people and the right ones, and the design makes that read as expertise rather than as a barrier.
