Export as PDF or image
Produce a PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP of a screen for decks, review and sign-off.
Last updated
For decks, review packs and sign-off, export a screen as a document or an image.
Formats
- PDF — paper sizes (A4, A3, Letter, Legal, Tabloid), or a single page rendered at an exact pixel width so a tall design isn't chopped across pages.
- PNG — lossless, best for interface screenshots.
- JPEG — smaller, adjustable quality, best for photo-heavy designs.
- WebP — smallest at equivalent quality, for the web.
Steps
- Select the screen.
- Export → PDF / Image.
- Pick the format and options (paper size or exact width, and quality for JPEG).
- Larger exports run as a background job — you'll get the file when rendering completes.
Tips
- For a tall landing page, use the exact-width PDF mode rather than A4. It renders one continuous page instead of slicing the design into fragments.
- For client review, a share link beats a PDF: it stays current and people can comment. See Share a project.
