Flow mode and screen plans

The screen plan#

For a new project, the AI proposes a plan — a named list of screens with a one-line purpose each — before designing anything. You can:

• Approve it as-is,
• Edit it: rename, reorder, add or remove screens,
• Reject it and re-describe what you want.

Only after approval does it start designing.

Take this step seriously. Planning is cheap; designing is not. Fixing a wrong screen list here costs one round-trip. Fixing it after eight screens are designed costs eight regenerations.

Flow mode#

Flow mode designs the whole journey in one go, sharing a theme and a navigation structure across screens. Describe the journey, not the screens:

A food delivery app: browse restaurants, restaurant detail, cart, checkout, order tracking.

Screens are designed one at a time and appear on the canvas as they complete, so you can start reviewing before the run finishes.

Cost#

Flow and other multi-screen operations are charged per screen, so a five-screen flow costs five times a single screen. The exact figures are in How credits work. Check your balance before kicking off a large flow — a run that stops halfway leaves you with half a flow.

Adding to an existing flow#

You don't have to plan everything up front. Ask for more screens later and they'll be designed into the existing theme and navigation:

Add a "forgot password" screen and an empty-state for the order list.
