Every way to generate a screen

Prompt, screenshot, sketch, website URL, Figma import, or a PRD — and which one to reach for.

UXMagic accepts six kinds of starting point. They all land in the same place — an editable screen on the canvas with a project theme — so you can mix them freely inside one project.

Start fromBest whenGuide
A text promptYou're starting fresh and know roughly what you wantText to UI
A screenshotYou want to rebuild or restyle an interface you can seeScreenshot to UI
A hand-drawn sketchYou've whiteboarded the layout and want it made realSketch to UI
A website URLYou want a real site's structure as a starting pointClone a website
A Figma fileYou already have designs and want to iterate with AIImport from Figma
A PRD or briefThe requirements are already written downDesign from a document

Two fidelities#

Anything above can be produced as a high-fidelity screen or as a wireframe. Wireframes are for arguing about structure before anyone falls in love with a colour. See Wireframe mode.

One screen or a whole flow#

  • One screen — ask for it directly.
  • A whole flow — describe the journey and the AI plans and designs each screen in sequence, sharing one theme and navigation. See Flow mode and screen plans.

Combining inputs#

The strongest results usually come from combining: a screenshot of a competitor plus your brand colours, or a PRD plus a reference URL. Attach everything relevant to the same message — the AI reads all of it before designing.
