A screen is blank or empty
Empty frames after a plan, blank canvas on open, and screens that render nothing.

Blank screens have three distinct causes. Work through them in order.
1. The frame was planned but never designed
The most common one. A screen plan creates named, empty frames on the canvas, and then designs them one at a time. If the run stopped early — out of credits, an error, a cancelled turn — you're left with correctly-named frames that contain nothing.
Fix: ask for the empty screens to be designed:
Design the Pricing and Settings screens — they're still empty.
Check your credit balance first, so the same thing doesn't happen again.
2. The canvas is blank but the screens exist
If the project opens with nothing visible but you know screens are there:
- Fit to screen (Shift+1). Screens may be outside the viewport.
- Reload the page.
- Try a wider browser window. A very narrow window can collapse the canvas area to almost nothing.
- Try another browser to rule out an extension.
3. The screen has content but renders nothing
Usually a styling problem, not a content one — see My style guide didn't apply. If the screen contains a chart or an animation, see Charts or animations aren't rendering.
Still blank
Contact support with the project link and the screen name. Please don't delete the blank screen first — it's the evidence.
