My clone came out blank or partial

Placeholders where sections should be#

This is by design. When a page is too long or too complex to rebuild in one pass, the sections that couldn't be rebuilt are left on the canvas as labelled placeholders — an honest gap rather than a silently shortened page.

Fix: ask the AI to finish the clone.

Complete the clone — the placeholder sections are still empty.

It re-captures the original page and rebuilds only the missing sections. That costs a fraction of a fresh clone (2 credits versus 10), so don't re-run the whole clone.

Nothing came back at all#

Usually the page couldn't be captured:

• It needs a login. Not clonable. Screenshot the page instead and use Screenshot to UI.
• Bot protection. Cloudflare challenges and similar block automated capture.
• The URL was wrong. Include the protocol, and check it loads in a private browser window.
• The content is behind interaction. Menus, modals and later carousel slides don't exist until someone clicks.

The clone is missing the parts I cared about#

Long pages lose their tail first. If what you need is far down the page, clone it and then ask specifically:

Rebuild the FAQ and footer sections from that page.

Text runs together or looks wrong#

Report it. Clone output quality is something we actively work on and specific examples are what drive it — contact support with the source URL and the project link.
