What you'll see#

A clear message that you're out of credits, either when you try to start a session or partway through a run. Sessions need at least 4 credits to start.

If it happened mid-run#

Screens already designed are kept. You haven't lost the work that completed — you just don't have the rest of the flow yet.

Top up or upgrade, then ask for the remaining screens. They'll be designed into the same theme, so the flow stays consistent.

Getting more credits#

  • Upgrade — a paid plan refreshes credits every billing cycle.
  • Refer someone — 250 credits when they upgrade.
  • Wait for the cycle — monthly credits reset on your billing date. They don't roll over, so there's nothing to save.

Making the next batch last#

The big win is not regenerating. A targeted edit costs 0.2 credits; regenerating a screen costs 6. See How credits work for the full table and the specific habits that save the most.

Team pools#

In a team project, the charge goes to the team's pool or your allocation from it. "Out of credits" there may mean your personal allocation is exhausted while the team pool isn't — ask your team owner to raise it. See Teams and seats.

Charged for something that failed?#

Work that produced nothing shouldn't be billed. If it was, contact support with the project link and roughly when it happened.
