Check your export allowance
Figma exports are metered per plan. If you've used your allowance, exports stop until the next cycle or an upgrade. Your remaining exports are shown in your account. See Plans and limits.
The export ran but Figma is empty
- Check you're in the right Figma file and page — frames land where the export targeted, which may not be where you're looking.
- Try zoom to fit in Figma; frames can be off-viewport.
- If you exported through the plugin, make sure the plugin is signed into the same UXMagic account.
The export errored
- Try one screen rather than the whole project. That isolates a single problematic screen.
- Reconnect Figma from Integrations — OAuth tokens do expire.
- Check Figma's own status if everything is failing at once.
Reconnecting
Integrations → Figma → disconnect, then connect again. This resolves most authorisation failures.
A failed export shouldn't cost an export
If a failed attempt consumed part of your allowance, contact support with the timestamp and we'll restore it.
The file is fine but the layout is off
Structure translates faithfully, but Figma and the web lay text out differently, so expect small differences in wrapping and in effects with no direct equivalent. If a whole section is wrong rather than slightly different, that's worth reporting.
