Cancel your subscription
How to cancel, when access ends, and what happens to your work.

Cancelling
Manage account → Billing → Cancel subscription. You'll be asked a couple of questions about why — genuinely useful to us, and skippable.
What happens
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. You keep the allowance you've paid for.
- After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
- Your projects are not deleted. They stay in your account, subject to Free-plan limits on what you can create going forward.
- Published sites beyond the Free limit may be taken offline. Check before you cancel if a live site matters.
Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling stops billing. Your account and work remain. If you want the account and its data gone, that's Delete your account — and it's permanent.
Changing your mind
Resubscribe any time from billing settings. If you resubscribe before the cycle ends, nothing lapses.
Before you go
If you're leaving because of a specific problem — output quality, a missing feature, cost — tell us. Some of it we can fix, and some of it we've already fixed and failed to tell you about.
